Letting Your Property

This is where Westways find a tenant/s for your property, take up references and prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. The security deposit and first month’s rental will be paid over to the landlord less our commission fees. The management of the property will then be dealt with by the owner.

Letting And Management Service
This is where Westways find a tenant/s for your property, take up references and prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Any issues regarding late rental payments, maintenance etc are dealt with by Westways. This service is favoured by many people who do not want the headache of dealing with such issues; for people travelling abroad for long periods or overseas clients. Westways have their own in-house property professionals and suppliers to deal with these matters.

Property Management Service
Westways have many years experience of managing properties from single dwellings to multiple blocks. We at Westways will make sure that all matters are dealt with professionally.

Valuation Services
Westways can carry out valuations for purposes such as: probate, matrimonial, disputes and remortgages.

Commercial Property Services
Westways have many years experience in the disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties from vacant shops to businesses and warehouses, small blocks and hotels.
