Types of Services Offered

Letting Only Service.
This is where Westways will find a tenant/s for your property, take up relevant references and prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. A security deposit and the first calendar month’s rent will then be paid over to the Landlord less commission due to us. The management of the property is then dealt with by the Landlord.

Letting and Management Service
This is where Westways will find a tenant/s for your property, take up relevant references and prepare an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. Westways full management service means that we take responsibility for the tenancy including: organising inventory, rent collection, holding of deposit (as stakeholders). We are members of the government-authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme (membership number GO3166). Handling maintenance issues using a dedicated team of contractors and taking care of any outgoing expenses. This service is favoured by people travelling abroad for long periods or overseas clients and those who just do not want the headaches of property management.
