We welcome all enquiries by telephone, fax, email or, in person at our offices. Prospective tenants are strongly advised to register their accommodation needs at an early stage to maximise the choice of properties we are able to show.Our new website allows applicants to save their searches and the site will automatically email them matching properties the second they come onto the market. Applicants can log in and edit their requirements at any time and remove themselves from mailings if they wish to.

Appointments for viewings are arranged as quickly as possible including early evenings and Saturdays. Viewings can also sometimes be arranged at short notice. Our office is open 6 days a week. Mon–Fri 9-6pm and Sat 10-4pm. However viewings may be arranged outside these hours. Westways Contact Details
Reservation Deposit and Rent
Our standard terms for renting a property through Westways are for payment of the following monies prior to moving in.
One calendar month’s rent in advance
A security deposit equivalent to six weeks rent. We are members of the government-authorised Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
An administration fee of £210.00 (£175.00 plus VAT) is payable upon signing of the tenancy agreement.
At the time your offer is accepted a reservation deposit of two weeks rent is payable and a move-in date agreed. The reservation deposit will form part of the completion monies subject to satisfactory references.
Our standard reference requirements are for each tenant to provide Employment, Bank and previous Landlord references.
An inventory and schedule of condition will be prepared prior to the commencement of the tenancy which should be checked and agreed by both the Tenant and the Landlord or, Landlord’s Agent.
