A fantastic opportunity has become available for Property Administrator/Receptionist within rapidly expanding and forward thinking Property company based in London. - Assist with the administration/management of all property maintenance issues.
- Typing/updating inventories.
- Updating property database for internet and local marketing
- Organising Gas Safety Inspections
- Dealing with existing tenants and delivering excellent customer service.
- Administrative support for both Sales and Lettings Departments
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Managing incoming enquiries via e-mail and telephone.
You must have previously worked in an Estate Agency or Lettings Agents. You will have a strong administration background with ideally some sales experience. You will be organised, well presented and be able to prioritise your workload.
The successful candidate will be solely office based. To be considered applicants must have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate.
